What is Prepare and Match?

Prepare and Match is a service offered in collaboration with the Employment Service to those who have been unemployed for a long time and have difficulty finding new employment. The goal is for you to be able to find a job or an education that leads to a job as quickly as possible with support from us at Manpower Matching. We are convinced that everyone has a place in the labor market and are passionate about job seekers and employers finding each other.

How do I apply for the Manpower Matching program?

1. Contact the Employment Agency

The employment service assesses and decides whether you are eligible for the program Rusta och matcha. Call Arbetsförmedlingen's customer service on 0771-416 416 for more information.

2. Select Manpower Matching

When you are granted Rusta and match, you choose Manpower Matching as your supplier. You can easily choose a supplier via My pages on Arbetsförmedlingen, or contact the Arbetsförmedlingen's customer service. 3. We will contact you

When the Employment Agency has made a decision and you have chosen us as your supplier, we will automatically receive your contact details and will contact you for an initial meeting.

Do you get any compensation for Rusta and Matcha?

When you participate in Rusta and matcha, you apply for compensation from Försäkringskassan. This is called activity support or development allowance. Can parts of the program be carried out digitally?

Sure! We offer continuous live webinars with inspiring topics and interesting guest speakers.

As a candidate in Prepare and Match, you get access to our digital learning platform Matchningsportalen. Here you can take part in our digital program at any time, in both Swedish, English, Arabic and Ukrainian.

Are there any courses to attend with you?

If you are interested in starting to study in a university of applied sciences, university, or regular studies, our labor market consultants can help to guide you. All our labor market consultants are trained Study and career counselors (Studie och yrkesvägledare).

What kind of contacts do you have with employers?

Our labor market consultants work closely with you and with a clear employer focus in all industries so that you can find a job that suits you in the shortest possible time.
