Commercial Development is a central function in Carlsberg Sverige with focus on strategy, business planning, value management, cross functional projects within Carlsberg Sverige and sales channel development. Furthermore the function supports the top management in business reviews, strategy work and boards meetings.
About the role
In the role as Commercial Development Manager you will be responsible for and running several cross-functional projects. This means that your projects run across multiple business areas and you are responsible for taking action in different parts of the organization to achieve the goals the project is based upon. You get to put up the framework and define how you work within your projects. The assignments and projects are initiated by the management as well as both strategies and areas of focus, which are both short-term and long-term goals. You are responsible for running all the areas of the project and finding the way to the final result. You investigate and ensures that overall strategies are implemented correctly throughout the organization and acts as a support for all the business areas and functions.
An example of projects can be to reduce production waste and scrapping and complexity management. Your assignment will be to do an 'root cause'-analysis, identify underlying factors and then communicate with sales, marketing, production, supply chain and other parts of the organization affected to find a cross-functional solution. You will identify consequences of the ways you work, establish risk analyzes and coordinate all parts towards the final goal.
