Vestas NCE is a sales business unit covering countries in Northern and Central Europe. We are responsible for the sales function, project, installation and service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Service department is responsible for service, service sales, and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries, and we are now looking to expand the team with a Customer Engineer, working primarily with blades.

In this position, you will be a part of the Service department and assist the Customer Service management team by providing internal and external technical reports. You will be preparing new technical initiatives and communicating existing technical solutions by phone, email and reports directly to customers, ensuring execution of contracts handling the customer relationship and seeking aftermarket sales.

As a Customer Engineer, you will be part of our service organisation in close contact with our technical department and Customer Service. You report to a Team Lead in Customer Care and your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to:
Provide first-line customer communication for technical matters, ensuring day-to-day execution to the scope of contracts and customer commitments
Acts as the best point of contact for technical customer requests via email, chat or phone across all customer journeys
Handle service orders in SAP for blade repairs and make decisions related to commercial priority and cost allocation
Provide blade inspection reports to customers
Participate in customer meetings ad-hoc and weekly during the blade repair season
Handle blade repair reports and establish the allocation of cost for repairs depending on root-cause analysis
Align commercial aspects with the fibre-planning department to ensure smooth execution of work

On a professional level you are/have:
A technical background
Experience in working with customers
Familiarity with machinery and blade technology is a plus
Advanced user of MS Office
Experience with ERP and CRM systems, e.g. SAP is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Additional information
The primary workplace will be in our office in Malmö, Sweden.
Approximately 10 days of traveling per year must be expected.
