Finnish-speaking Customer support to Polestar, Gothenburg

Assignments: Consulting assignment, initially 6 months but we see it long-term
Working hours: Both normal office hours and night and weekends will occur. Opening hours for the customer service is 8-20.

What is the work about?

The assignment involves working in a customer service function for the Finnish market where you act as an advisor and offer professional service by answering questions from the company's existing and potential customers, primarily by phone, but also email, chat and social media can occur. The role is very focused on communication and follow-ups as it is the most important thing for the customer experience. The work also involves offering customized solutions to customer-unique inquiries.

The questions may concern matters related to insurance, invoices and product ordering of the customer's exclusive premium products. You will help customers in their ordering process, which means that the assignment also includes a lot of administration. In the role, there are also great development opportunities as the company is in an expansive phase. The employment begins with an introductory training where you get to learn what you need to know to get started with the job in the best way

This job is suitable for you who find it exciting to work with service, customer support and problem solving. You have a skill for talking to different types of people and have a genuine desire to do a good job and provide the best possible service. It's a plus if you also have experience of administrative work and have experience of contact via telephony. We see that you are innovative and that you find it fun to develop and come up with improvement proposals to streamline processes and tools to take the customer experience to a new level.

Your main tasks will be to

  • Answer customers' questions via phone, email and chat
  • Manage orders via internal processes and systems.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and escalating feedback from customers to internal teams

Otherwise, it is required that you

  • Speaks and writes Finnish and English fluently
  • Has worked in the service profession before, preferably at least 6 months in customer service or reception
  • Has good system skills and is used to working with telephone and computer

It is also a merit for the position if you

  • Has had professions with a lot of customer contact and sales
  • Worked in the Salesforce business system or other CRM system
  • Has industry experience (automotive)
  • Has a driving license
