Your mission for this position is to provide support to Nordic Management team, organize and coordinate office administration & procedures in order to ensure the smooth running of an day-to day basis. By this means develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. You will also be responsible to manage relationship, contracts and price negotiation with vendors, service providers and landlords. You will be our go to person!
Your talent for this position needs you to be an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats. You need to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and supporting tasks and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision on site. You also need to be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse and energetic people.
