We are now looking for a person with passion for numbers to join our Group Function Sustainability based at Skanska Groups headquarter in Stockholm. The team today consists of six persons situated in Stockholm, all reporting to Senior Vice President Sustainability. As Sustainability Controller you have a unique opportunity to challenge and drive change and continuous improvement within Sustainability.

This is a strategic role that contributes to the development of Sustainability as a key strategic area for Skanska, closely connected to our business and offering, whereas 46% of the revenue from Skanska Construction comes from green projects. Sustainability is as well core to our values and brand, thereby contributing to the competitiveness and attractiveness of our company. The role is highly involved in the strategic development as well as supporting and strengthening Business Units and Group´s sustainability performance.
- Active part in developing the sustainability targets, policies and performance measurement
- Contribute in continuous improvements in processes and procedures
- Analysis and performance measurement follow-up
- Ensure quality and efficiency in the Group's Sustainability reporting
- Be an active part in producing the annual Skanska sustainability report
- Contribute to expertise analyzing trends and development
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background from numerical analysis and reporting. You are used to produce professional numerical presentations and always strive to develop and improve the way it is done. Preferably you have experience form a large organization and/or from working in an international organization. Relevant university degree and good communication-skills in English is required. Knowledge and experience from internationally recognized sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, preferably GRI is a great merit. Experience of connecting financial and sustainability performance is an advantage.
You have a proactive mindset, strong analytical and numerical skills and good organizational understanding. As a person, you are committed, solution-focused and positive. Your approach is structured, and you have an outstanding ability to see the overall picture without missing out on the details. You are curious and enjoy working together in teams and do not hesitate to take lead when ever needed.
