We help companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place, in a fair, accurate and automated way. To be frank, at the end of the day we believe you will convert your content creation into dollars!What will you doIn essence, your job is to tell stories that will inspire, engage, educate and convert our target audience. On the path to building a content machine you will work both very strategically with our brand and goals, and at the same time get to roll up your sleeves to get the content out to the world. Your daily tasks will of course vary greatly (and change over time as we grow), but here’s what we think you will focus the most on:- Create & package compelling stories for an international audience.- Run our content marketing efforts, from idea to publication. You’re more or less building a small media production company - planning our content, building a content calendar, coordinating production, setting deadlines and measuring effects.- Optimize delivery & distribution - maximizing reach & repurposing content, using an SEO and PR mindset to increase reach.- Work closely with other teams at Alva to find opportunities where quality content can help prospects & leads to move further down the sales funnel, or existing customers & users to become brand ambassadors.- Work with internal content producers as their editor - coaching them on how to write & proofread. Sometimes you might even act as a ghostwriter for them.- Ensure we have enough production resources, either through internal resources or by leveraging freelancers/agencies.Who are you- A true storyteller and you know how to write WELL.- Ideally, an English native speaker, as all of our communication is currently in English. Swedish is not a requirement for this role.- A strong project manager that can handle a lot of different stakeholders, having a structured & organized way of working.- You have an eye for what looks good or not. Basic layout & design skills are welcome but not required.- You have good knowledge of PR & SEO mechanics and how to put wings on content.- You know what KPIs to track (and how to track them) to understand what content works best and prove ROI- A creative mastermind (but with the planning skills of a neat-freak).What have you done beforeWe have really high standards and are searching for that person that will dazzle us. What makes you great, however, isn’t necessarily a long experience or the perfect university degree. A background as a journalist/experienced content marketer will likely give you a head-start once you join, and having worked with content creation, brand storytelling or social media could be relevant. However, we truly believe that great people will find a way, regardless of previous experience.
