The Product Manager Intravenous Fluids is essential for driving the strategy and tactics for the existing Parenteral Nutrition and Standard Solutions product portfolios.
You will focus on designing, developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to support the organization’s products and to meet the organization’s objectives. In addition, you will manage the portfolios in a way that optimizes positioning of the products across various customer groups and doing so by working closely with the sales team to ensure excellent execution in the field. The Product Managers is also responsible for the financial forecast and to give input to the supply forecasts.
As part of the Marketing team you will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any Parenteral Nutrition and Standard Solution related topics. You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and be part of a high performing team of experienced Product Managers based in Uppsala.
Lead development and implementation of the annual marketing plan to meet business expectations
Have ownership of the various channels of communication and promotion
Ensure all marketing and training related material is up-to-date and in accordance with local rules and regulations
Develop communication tools and marketing material that meets the needs and requirements of our various customer groups and the local market
Stay on top of knowledge on clinical practices and developments in the market and among customers
Prepare and present yearly sales budget and mid-year budget forecast.
Outline medium-term-strategy with focus on portfolio development and life cycle management
Monitor monthly sales and profitability development for the assigned portfolios
Provide supply chain with sales prognoses and forecast
Participate in Fresenius Kabi activities such as local or international congresses and Marketing meetings
The Right Person
Education on University degree level or equivalent in relevant disciplines, e.g. in Marketing, Medicine, Science, Pharmaceuticals, Nursing, or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of product management/product marketing experience in the healthcare area
Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system, and familiar with stakeholders, the tender business and patient pathways
Experience of forecasting and product demand planning
”LIF-auktorisation” or equivalent education for ”läkemedelsinformatör”
Sales experience from the healthcare industry is beneficial
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; at ease presenting to large audiences
Valid driver’s license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)
The position is initially a temporary employment with a view to become permanent employment if both parts agree after 6 months.
