As Team Manager for HBO Nordic you’ll be responsible for motivating and developing your team-members and ensuring that everyone is performing to the best of their abilities.
The position is a split Team Managerand Advisor role, you will work around 50% as a Team Manager and 50% as a customer support advisor.You also must prepare for fluid working hours, where you’ll have to answer calls from the advisors any time of the day when they call.
Organizationally you’ll be a part of the Nordic team, where you’ll be working and sparring with other team managers across the Nordics, and you’ll be reporting to Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate is observant and has a genuine interest in the development of others, which will allow you to host meaningful 1-1:s with your team members and further ensure their continued motivation to be high-performers.

You’ve additionally graduated in A-levels in Swedish, graduated in B-Level English and Math.
