Olink Proteomics is a rapidly growing biotechnology company with a world leading technology and product portfolio for protein biomarker discovery and development with the mission to drive precision medicine. We serve both pharma/biotech customers as well as clinical and academic researchers at the most prestigious institutes around the world.

Marketing Assistant

The marketing assistant provides a support function for the global commercial organization of Olink Proteomics. The role includes mainly administrative and organizational tasks such as; responsibility for the ordering, inventory and distribution of marketing materials to support the Olink global sales organization; coordination and practical support for all events (conferences, exhibitions, seminars etc) organized or attended by Olink, preparation of internal meeting notes and ensuring following up of identified action points etc. 

 Main Duties

• Take full administrative responsibility for Olink’s participation in commercial events (conferences, symposia, workshops etc)
• Work with the marketing department and 3rd party vendors to ensure the availability and distribution of marketing materials to the regional sales teams
• Provide extensive administrative & logistical support for major Olink-arranged events such as user meetings and workshops
• Provide support for internal Olink activities such as logistical support for off-site events such as sales meetings and regional colleagues visiting the Uppsala office.
• Take notes at marketing meetings and discussions and make sure that all action points are followed up on by the appropriate resources
• Assist the commercial team with any other administrative or logistical help that may be required, on an ad-hoc basis. 


Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years’ experience working in a relevant administrative/support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
• Excellent organization skills
• Is customer-focused
• Is flexible and adaptable
• Is a collaborative team player
• Is proactive and takes responsibility
• Competence with standard office software (Word, Excel etc)
