About the position
The European Services Administration Centre handles spare part order administration for all Tetra Pak customers in Europe. The department, based in Lund service ~3900 customer sites in Europe, Maghreb & Turkey in thirteen different languages.
During 2018 we will expand the business to also include service administration and we are now looking for talented Service Administrators to make this exiting journey possible.
As a Service Administrator you will be part of a team responsible to deliver high quality service administration in close cooperation with internal stakeholders. Within the team you will work with fellow Service Administrators as well as colleagues from our other line of business - spare part sales administration.
You will be working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment with high customer focus!
The employment is limited to one year with good opportunity for permanent employment.

The position is a back-office function and you will be working in alignment with set global processes as well as following local, legal requirements.
- Process time reporting as well as expense reports for all activities provided by field force
- Invoicing of service events performed at customers site
- Handle intercompany billing
- Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal functions
- Secure housekeeping routines
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to service administration.
You enjoy giving excellent service, you have an analytical ability and you prefer to work in a structured way ensuring accuracy while driving for result.
You have no problem working independently but you are also a team-player and enjoy co-operating with others to solve the work tasks in the most efficient way. You have experience from administrative work and IT/business systems.
More so, you are a person who is willing to grow and learn, and who thrives in a multicultural, dynamic setting!
The position requires minimum English fluently, both written and verbally. In addition, we are currently looking for you who, apart from English, also have both written and verbal fluency in any of below languages:
