The job is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by Manpower and work as a staffing consultant at Nordea.
How does a working day look like?
As a customer service employee, you will primarily receive incoming calls and emails with business customers' cases. You work in a team of 17 people who have fun together at work. You work daytime.
Who are you?
As a customer service employee, it is important that you are a social and outgoing person with a great sense of customer relations. A great deal of energy and patience will take you far. If you are also driven, committed and curious with a sense of determination, you are the right person for us. Previous experience of customer service is meritorious but no requirement.
We are looking for you that:
- has good computer skills, has complete high school grades and has good knowledge of Danish and English
Swedish is no requirement for this job
The start of the assignment is in the end of August why we would like to see you apply immediately. The selection is made on an ongoing basis and can therefore be added before the final application date
