For an employment at 3M, we are now looking for Finnish speaking employees to the company's planned Customer Center for the Nordic market. The customer is a well-established international company situated in Sollentuna in the north region of Stockholm. We are searching for you who want to work in an exciting role in 3M´s newly planned Customer Center. About the role
You will be part of this planned Customer Center's new establishment, which has value-creating Customer Relationship as an important goal. In other words, our focus is to give great service towards the company's customers. In this exciting role, you will work dedicated with your own customers. 3M delivers critical production material and it is in the responsibility of the role to ensure that the right product is delivered to the end customer within due time.
The role is wide and includes for instance:
- Maintain and provide good relationships with customers
- Proactive customer care through commitment and accessibility
- Order Processing
- Proactive delivery follow-up in cooperation with the company's transport organization
- Update customer information
- Close dialogue with other internal departments
- Consultative sales/upselling to existing customers
- Customer and product meetings on-site at the customer (may include a few business trips per year within Scandinavia).
What skills are required to match the role?
We are looking for you who speak and write the Finnish language fluently. Since English is the company's group language, good knowledge in the English language is required in spoken and written terms. If you speak or understand any of the Scandinavian languages, it is a merit.
You value good customer relationships high and have great social skills. You are used to work independently, you are service minded and able to look at the details as well as maintain a helicopter perspective. You are driven by managing the variety of tasks that come to your table during the day, you can prioritize among these and are comfortable in taking decisions.
Experience from SAP is a merit, as for the role is relevant post-graduate education, for example, in logistics, marketing or sales.
