About the position
As a customer service support/1st line support, you will receive incoming calls/emails from corporate customers and private customers regarding IoT solutions and SIM cards. These can be SIM cards in everything from refrigerators, dog collars and vehicles to devices in healthcare. You will work with troubleshooting and customer service and be part of a small team of 3 people but also have lots of contact with the rest of the department, consisting of 15 colleagues.
Start: As soon as possible
Working hours: Full time, office hours
We are looking for you who have a complete high school diploma and are fluent in Finnish and English, both orally and written.
It is an advantage if you:
Have a technical education
Have previous experience in customer service
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
As a person, you are detail-oriented and persistent with a great technical interest. You are service-minded and take on challenges in a calm way. Furthermore, you are adaptable in terms of change and have a great drive to develop and learn more.
