Full job description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You need to serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. We want you to inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries and also answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving and sorting daily mail. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.


It’s also good if you are results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquistion levels and profitability. You need to present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. You also need to perform cost- benifit analyses of existing and potential customers. You need to maintain positive business relationships to ensure future services. You also need to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and it’s good if you continuously improve through feedback.


Requirements
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or as a salesman.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Beneficial if you speak in English, Turkish, Kurdish, Spanish and arabic.
