How does the recruitment process work?
The recruitment process for our student jobs varies depending on the position. First, you need to apply for the job by submitting a CV and/or a cover letter. Then, a selection process usually takes place, which sometimes includes a number of screening questions you need to answer. If you move on to the interview stage, there is typically a first phone interview followed by a group interview with other candidates. Finally, the recruiter will likely want to check your references and conduct a final check.
