Personlig assistans hos NÄRA utförs därför med respekt för individens självbestämmande. ABOUT THE CLIENT A boy in his teenage years is looking for an experienced assistant. He lives with his family in Täby. During the day, he attends school and does not require assistance at that time. You will meet him after his schoolday and help him with whatever necessary for the rest of the afternoon/evening. Ha has a severe multiple disability, and as an assistant, you will help him with everything in his daily life. He uses various aids such as orthoses, ceiling lift, inhalator, suction machine, oxygen and couch assist machine. ABOUT YOU We believe that the person applying for this position is confident, meticulous and empathetic. We would like you to be able to speak and understand English. If you know Mongolian, that is also a plus. Requirements:

• Experience of epilepsy

• Experience with the helping-aids the client uses. You will also receive all necessary training on-site, so this is not a requirement

ABOUT THE POSITION The work initially involves being a substitute on an as-needed basis, with the possibility of fixed shifts for the right person. The hours are mainly evenings on weekdays, but weekends may also occur:

• 16:00–20:00 or 16:00–21:00 (weekdays)
