On our page for frequently asked questions, you will find answers to most questions regarding the application process. These are the three questions we most often get from job seekers:

1. I'm having trouble creating an account. How should I proceed?

2. Are there any jobs for me where I live?
   On our search page, you can enter both keywords (e.g. warehouse, driver, operator, customer service, receptionist, extra job, student) and city. If you want to filter the result further, just use the options on the left. A tip if your seach generates quite few job ads - click on the button next to “Show jobs from Platsbanken” and ads from Arbetsförmedlingen will be added to the list.
    
3. Has my application arrived?
   You can easily check that yourself! Log in to your account and go to Applications. If the job ad you are wondering about is there, we have received your application. You should also have received an email with a confirmation.

You may have questions or concerns that are not answered on our FAQ page. Then you can fill in our contact form. But please read this first:

• We can't help you find a certain type of job in a certain city. Try different keywords on our job search page and you will surely find something for you.
• We cannot accept applications via the contact form. Please apply for jobs via the job ads on our search page.
• Our general support cannot answer questions about specific jobs or processes, but you are welcome to contact the responsible recruiter (check the ad or the email you received when applying).
