How to apply for jobs with us

  1. Find a job you want to apply
    Enter one or more keywords in the search box. Also, enter a location to find jobs near you. You can also choose not to fill in any location if you want to see all the jobs we have within the keyword you entered, or just enter a location to see all available jobs in your area. If you don't enter any keywords at all, you will see all our available jobs, from newest to oldest.

    You can filter the results using the filters on the left. You can specify the job area, change the order of the results, and choose to see our consulting assignments or recruitment assignments for permanent positions. You can decide whether you want to see jobs based on a fixed location, remote work, or both.

    Finally, you can also choose to add jobs from Platsbanken, the Swedish Public Employment Service's job site, to see all available jobs within the search and filtering you have done. When you have a list of jobs, find the one that seems most interesting and click on it. You will then be taken to a new page where the job is described in more detail.

  2. Submit your application
    You apply for the job by clicking on APPLY NOW. You will then be taken to a page where you can log in to your Manpower account. You can log in via Facebook, LinkedIn, or your account with email address and password. If you don't have an account, click on Create Account. On this page, enter your email address and a password. The password must contain special characters, a number, and an uppercase letter. After that, read and accept our user agreement and choose whether you want to receive career tips and survey requests. Then click on CREATE ACCOUNT. You will then automatically be taken to the application process for the current job.

    You will now answer some questions about yourself and can upload your CV. Many of the answer fields will be filled in automatically. Go through the entire process and finally click Continue so your application is sent to the responsible recruiter. When you are logged in, you can also apply for more jobs.

  3. Feedback from us
    Immediately after you have submitted an application, you will receive a confirmation email from us with more information about what happens next. If you chose to receive career tips, you will also receive emails over a few weeks with tips on how to improve your CV, what to think about in a job interview, and other smart tips. You will receive feedback on your application either via email or phone.

How can I find a job listing I saw earlier on your site?

You can try searching for the job among our vacancies. If the job is no longer listed, the application deadline has most likely passed, and the position is no longer available. Feel free to continue browsing to see if there are other opportunities that interest you. Good luck!

What happens after I have registered my CV?

Once you have registered your CV, you will be available in our candidate database, and our recruiters who are looking for staff for various positions will be able to find you. To increase your chances of getting a job, it is important that you are active in your job search. Go to our job listings page to look for interesting jobs and when you find a job that you want to apply for, just click on Apply and your CV will follow automatically.

My application processes

I have questions about a specific position

If you have questions about a specific job, please contact the responsible recruiter. You can usually find their contact details on the right-hand side of the job advertisement. If you're experiencing technical issues with your application or login, please contact our technical support at 0771-55 99 10 or [email protected].

What is the status of my application?

We aim to get back to you regarding your application as soon as possible. If you have applied for a position with us, you will always receive a response no later than when the position is filled, either by phone or email.

Account issues

I can't save changes in my account

We use digital CV parsing, which means your account is automatically populated with information from your uploaded CV. If you'd like to update your account with a new CV, we recommend uploading the new CV first and then editing the extracted details. If this doesn’t work on mobile, please try using a computer.

I can't upload my CV under my account

To upload your CV, it must be in one of the following formats:

.docx, .doc, .docm, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, .pdfx, .rtf, .txt, .wps.

If you're having issues uploading via mobile, please try using a computer instead. We recommend using Google Chrome.

I can't log in to my account

If you're unable to log in, it's often because you need to reset your password. You can do this by clicking the link on the login page.

Sometimes, the email with the reset link ends up in your spam folder so please check there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at 0771-55 99 10 or [email protected].

I need a new password

You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login page.

How do I log in as a consultant?

As a consultant, you have access to our intranet, where you’ll find information about your employment and benefits. This is also where you submit your time reports. It's important that new employees review the information available on the intranet. You can log in here:
 

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot/change password” and you’ll receive an email with a link to reset it.

How do I report my hours as a Manpower consultant?

Accurate time reporting is crucial to ensure you get paid correctly and on time. You can report your hours through our intranet:
 

  • MyManpower (for Manpower employees)
     
  • MyExperis (for Experis or Jefferson Wells employees)

Time Reporting Tips

You should report the hours you’ve worked for the previous week no later than Sunday at 11:59 PM. Ideally, report your time daily.

At the turn of the month, the deadline for reporting is always the 1st day of the following month, regardless of the day of the week. For example, the deadline for reporting hours worked in December is January 1st. Hours reported after the deadline will be paid in the following pay cycle.
