Connecting Jobs, run by the non-profit organisation Beredskapslyftet, helps newcomers enter the Swedish job market while giving companies access to new talent. 

Vietsmak AB is a sustainable, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant offering traditional and modern Vietnamese dishes with a strong focus on quality and care. We are expanding and will soon open a new location in Bromma on December 5th. We are now looking for motivated team members who want to join our growing business.

Location:
Nacka
(Work may also take place at the new Bromma location)

Position:
Restaurant Assistant

Start Date:
As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
– Handle the cash register and take customer orders
– Prepare and deliver food to customers
– Take responsibility for basic alcohol service
– Assist kitchen staff with preparations
– Check food quality and presentation before serving
– Dishwashing, cleaning, and other general duties as needed

Requirements:
– You must be eligible for Nystartsjobb through the Swedish Public Employment Service
– Basic understanding of Swedish (able to follow simple instructions)
– Basic understanding of English
– Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen work is an advantage, but we also welcome fast-learning and responsible candidates with no prior experience.

Merits (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience in restaurant, café, or kitchen work
– Experience in customer service or cash handling is an advantage
– Additional language skills are a plus – knowledge of Vietnamese is particularly valued

– Can manage several tasks at the same time
